2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces1-2 tablespoon olvie oil1 garlic glove, crushed1/4 teaspoon ginger3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 cup apple juice1/3 cup light brown sugar2 tablespoons ketchup1 tablespoon cider vinegar1/2 cup water1/3 cup soy sauce
1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.2. Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients, heating over medium heat until well mixed and dissolved.3. Add chicken and bring to a hard boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.4. Serve over hot rice and enjoy!
